The Top Ten of 2010

I promised this post earlier in the year, and the title pretty much says it all. These are ten of my favorite shots that I took in 2010. I tried to put a little variety in (otherwise this would be ten photos of my little sweetheart and her awesome mommy), but that's the gist. Believe it or not, this list is void of subway photos. I think I went a whole year without any. Need to fix that in 2011.

So no need for any more babble; here are the photos.

10. Leading off: a recent one. This post may not be entirely baby photos, but it will be very baby-heavy. I just can't help myself!





9. Took this one with my P&S and a polarizer in Cancun. Sometimes those little add-ons (like the attachment that allows me to use filters with my A540) can make a big difference. The polarizer really brought out the colors here.





8. This handsome lad is Blake and Whitney's son in Central Park during their trip to NYC. Whitney is an incredible photographer; I highly recommend her blog.





7. This one was just a lot of fun.





6. My favorite from when we took photos for our little ladybug's announcement. My two favorite girls in one sweet photo.





5. From our little ladybug's first official photo shoot. A great debut and one of my all-time favorites still.





4. This one is from a morning shoot in the Poconos that went very differently (and better) than I planned. Hopefully more on that sometime.





3. From our little sweetheart's Christmas shoot when I was testing out all the new gear. Love this one.





2. Narrowly beat out by #1, this is my favorite picture of my better half from her maternity shoot.





1. Still my favorite photo I've ever taken.
